The room was large and huge with exceptionally comfortable beds as requested. We were in a marvelous and incredible location close enough to other attractions, Ghirardelli Square, and the Wharf activities and transportation. - the staff was amiable and gave some great recommendations.

Wonderful, incredible location in San Francisco, adjacent to restaurants and shopping, and as many bars. Also, to convenience stores. Good food.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the wharf with a great central location. The view from the rooftop was stunning, and the clean and spacious rooms were exactly what my family needed. The staff was super helpful, even calling to check if everything was fine and promptly fixing any issues that arose. The hotel had a fully functional kitchen and convenient on-site parking, making it perfect for travelers with cars. The proximity to public transportation options like buses and cable cars was also a major plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

It was situated in a key area with easy access to transportation options like cable cars and buses. We were also within walking distance of popular attractions like Ghirardelli Square and Hyde St Pier. Another advantage was that the hotel had a lookout patio on the 4th floor where we could enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area.

One of the major downsides of our stay was the lack of staffing. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait for about 20 minutes for someone to show up.
